As the year draws to a close, we are excited to reflect on the incredible accomplishments and milestones we've achieved. It has been a year of growth, progress, and impactful change. Through our programs and services, we've consistently strived to enhance the quality of life for those we serve. It has been a year of breakthroughs and personal growth for many individuals, thanks to our dedicated staff and partners. As we peer into the future, we are filled with enthusiasm and anticipation for what lies ahead.

On the reverse side of this card you will see just a fraction of the smiling faces we serve here at On Your Mark. We are committed to helping our individuals experience the highest quality of life possible by providing person-centered programs that promote community and social inclusion, health and fitness, daily activity participation, independence, self-empowerment, and productivity.

As we embark on this journey into the next year, we feel privileged to have your continued support and partnership. We are eager to share these new endeavors with you, knowing that together, we can make a positive impact on the lives of the I/DD Community.
